I believe Q#44 should be protested. Under 113.12(a) it explicitly states that "When the proper bond in a sufficient amount is filed with the entry summary or with the entry, or when the entry summary is filed at the time of entry, an application will not be required.” So it may be presented with entry summary which ten days of entry. So D or E are both true statement – no true best answer.

Hi guys,
Wow, I missed by three (-23). Bummed, but the three which you had differed from Customs are the same three I had differed with Customs, however you and I had the same answers. The question numbers are 46, 52, and 62. Would you be able to help and provide any reasoning as to why you had answered the way you did for those particular questions? I have already prepared my appeals, just looking for some "expert" feedback to see if my reasoning is the same as yours. Thanks for all you guys do, seriously.

B.Y.

It seems not many people will be protesting... very little response.

To Boskage, will there be any answers that in your opinion that should be protested? Any advise would be truly appreciated it.

Thank you.

By comparing CBPs answers, I passed only missed 13..but I noticed that I forgot to answer one question and didn't go back to it. Hopefully that won't mess up how I bubbled the answers on the scantron (for example..you skip #20 on your booklet, but forget to skip #20 on your scantron and just continue normally.)

Hopefully that didn't happen to me.

When can we expect the pass/fail letters?

I have a question on #65 Classification... How is it the classification is under 4 liter when each container has 750 ml bottles x 12 = 9000ml which converts to 9 liter. If someone could help explain this one I would appreciate it.
